In association with State Bank of India, we are offering a customer-friendly scheme. Under this scheme, you needn't pay anything for 3 years; just 20% for booking an apartment at ‘Springview Heights’ - our new launch at an aspirational 88.35-acre-township at NH24, Ghaziabad.

If you wish to buy a home at Springview Heights and if your loan has been approved by the State Bank of India, you are eligible for this unique scheme. The idea of offering such an easy payment mechanism is to facilitate you to own your dream home in a hassle-free manner with our commitment of timely delivery.


As per the basic details of the scheme, you need to pay only 10 per cent of the total cost of the apartment at the time of booking, while the remaining 10 per cent can be paid within 90 days of the first payment. You need not pay anything beyond this for the next three years, that's until 2016, at the time of possession.
